Audrey Sanfilippo is a Physician Assistant with over nine years of experience in the medical field as a PA-c. Her mission is for OPC to create a stress and hassle free environment for each driver, and build a relationship over the years to make sure the drivers no longer dread these DOT physicals.

Audrey earned her Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and completed her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies at Loma Linda University. Audrey is passionate about improving patient care and streamlining processes, which led her to co-found On-site Physical Certifications (OPC), a mobile service offering efficient and convenient DOT/DMV exams for drivers.

My name is Asja Serdarevic, MSN, FNP-BC, and I am excited to join On-site-Physical Certifications practice, providing Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examinations for commercial drivers. For many years, I have had the privilege of serving patients in our community as a nurse practitioner and healthcare leader. My background includes direct patient care, primary care, urgent care, and behavioral health leadership, where I have focused on helping individuals achieve their best possible health outcomes. Throughout my career, I have learned that quality healthcare starts with listening, building trust, and making every patient feel respected and comfortable. I am proud to join Audrey’s team and support the hardworking drivers who keep our communities connected and our economy moving. I understand that DOT physicals are an important part of maintaining a commercial driver’s livelihood, and I am committed to making the process as straightforward, efficient, and stress-free as possible. My goal is to provide thorough, professional evaluations while treating every driver with the respect and appreciation they deserve. I live locally and am passionate about serving the community that has been my home for many years.
