A Department of Transportation (DOT) physical is a health examination mandated by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) for commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers. A DOT physical helps determine if a driver is physically, mentally, and emotionally fit to operate a CMV.
A person is required to complete and pass a DOT physical if you:
-Operate a motor vehicle for interstate commerce with a gross combination weight rating, gross vehicle weight rating, or gross combination weight of over 10,000 pounds
-Operate a motor vehicle designed to carry more than 15 people
-Are paid to operate a motor vehicle designed to carry more than eight people
-Transport hazardous materials that required your vehicle to be placarded

Audrey earned her Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and completed her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies at Loma Linda University. Audrey is passionate about improving patient care and streamlining processes, which led her to co-found On-site Physical Certifications (OPC), a mobile service offering efficient and convenient DOT/DMV exams for drivers.

Sean is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic West where he received his doctorate degree in 2017. Prior to Palmer, Sean attended the University of Oregon and San Diego State University where he earned his degree in kinesiology with an emphasis in pre-physical therapy.

Sean is thrilled to serve the community where he grew up. His spare time is spent with his wife Marissa and daughter Autumn. He loves going to the mountains to ski or enjoying “lake life” with his family. He has recently taken up golf but will never brag about his score card.
